Our mission at Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates is to help improve the lives of the children and families that we serve.

We strive to have our children reach their goals and improve their function in their environments to 

play and interact with their families and peers.

Children are able to reach their full potential when using a multidisciplinary approach, which includes the role of the family.

We are committed to the highest quality of care, not only by providing treatment to the child, but with education

Karen started with Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates in 2016. She came to us with 20+ years of experience in multiple medical settings including having worked in a physician's office and a hospital. Karen works in the Greeley office and takes care of all Medicaid and Colorado Access authorizations. In her free time, Karen likes to spend time with her husband, 2 children, and 4 grandchildren. Karen welcomes anyone with open arms and is a great connecting force for our team.

Tori is a Colorado native who joined the team in January of 2019 after graduating from the University of Wyoming. Tori has her Associate degree in Equine Business Management and her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with academic minors in Human Resource and Entrepreneurship.

Tori started with IPTA as the referral coordinator but now mainly serves as our barn manager, front desk, and HR Assistant. She has a passion for horses and all that horses and farm animals can offer to children. She works diligently to care for our animals and to facilitate our social media marketing, website design, and community outreach. When not working, Tori loves to stay active by riding horses, hiking, or biking, and always having some sort of DIY project going.

Lanette Henry

Lanette is a Colorado Native born and raised. She has been a billing specialist since 2013 and a Certified Professional Coder since 2015. She has coded and billed for Physical/Occupational therapy for 2 years as well as Interventional Radiology, General medicine, Podiatry, and Reproductive Health. She enjoys all aspects of billing and can answer any of your questions that you might have with enthusiasm.

She has 5 children, 6 grandchildren, and a sweet little dog named Harvey. She enjoys making pottery on her potter's wheel, jewelry making, camping, and riding their RzR side by side with her husband.

Stephanie joined the IPTA staff in the Fall of 2020 and loves being a part of the Integrated team! She has an extensive background in office administration in multiple sectors as well as in pediatrics through her time as a substitute teacher. She moved to Colorado in 2011 and loves being a part of the vibrant and supportive Northern Colorado Community. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 2 daughters finding new adventures to explore, usually ending up somewhere near the water - fishing, swimming, camping, beachcombing - if it’s near the water, we love it!

Lindsey Wilson, PT, DPT

Lindsey Wilson is a Colorado-licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lindsey began work the summer after she graduated in Rome, Georgia at an outpatient pediatric clinic. She learned so much there, working with a wide variety of diagnoses.

Lindsey loves working with kids and appreciates the refreshingly innocent outlook that they have on life. In early 2017, Lindsey moved to Colorado to fulfill her adventurous spirit since the southeast did not quite fit the bill.

Today, she looks forward to growing as part of the Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy and Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates teams. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and anything outdoors, as well as traveling, live music, taking pictures, crafting, and eating delicious food.

Brian Wright, PTA

Brian Wright is a Greeley native. He graduated from Pima Medical Institute at the Denver campus in 2017 with a Physical Therapy Assistant Associate degree. Brian also has his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Sport and Exercise Science.


His professional experience involves cancer rehabilitation, but he enjoys all aspects of the rehabilitation process of a variety of diagnoses. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and family as well as hiking and doing outdoor sports.

Brittany received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Montana after earning her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She has worked with a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses and patient populations in an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Missoula, MT and a nonprofit organization in Cape Town, South Africa. Her treatment philosophy focuses on the foundation that therapy should be fun, empowering, and family-centered. Outside of work she enjoys creating art, traveling the world, and enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Huckleberry.

Abby is a Colorado native who grew up in a small farming community. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Exercise Science from Regis University before continuing her education at Morgan Community College where she gained her Physical Therapist Assistant Associate.

Abby has always been passionate about a career in pediatrics and loves that she can be part of such a crucial time in a child’s life. She loves that every day is different and that the kiddos always keep her on her toes!

In her free time, she loves working in her garden, going to the lake, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Taneal is our fantastic leader and owner. She started NoCo Pediatric OT LLC in 2013 as a partner with Sheryl Danamen and she has continued to grow it ever since. She is experienced in the school setting, skilled nursing facilities, pediatric home health, clinic settings, and therapeutic horseback riding. She developed a passion for kids with sensory needs and thus came the dream of IPTA. 

Taneal has continued to lead her growing team and see a caseload of patients both in the home and in hippotherapy. Her compassion and leadership have been the driving force of a growing practice. 


Ilia Srygley, MS, OTR/L

Ilia is originally from Texas (but please don’t hold that against her) :-) She moved to Colorado in the Fall of 2016 and has loved every second of it! Ilia completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman's University and continued on to the Masters program for Occupational Therapy graduating in 2007. She has an endless passion for learning and implements all of her education towards providing excellent and cutting edge therapy treatments. Ilia's number one focus is on helping children and families with sensory processing needs including emotional regulation, auditory processing, and sleep regulation. She is a certified provider in The Listening Program: InTime, Interactive metronome, and NeurOptimal Neurofeedback. She is trained in the use of the Rhythmic Movement International Training to assist with the integration of primitive reflexes. She also has training in the Wilbarger Brushing Protocol, The Astronaut Training Protocol, and Brain Gym tools. She has also initiated her training in Dyslexia and Craniosacral therapy. Ilia loves spending her spare time with her husband and 2 spirited daughters.

Stephanie has worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 10 years. She completed her schooling in Minnesota. Her first therapy job was in a school setting combined with Early Intervention. Her love of the mountains brought her to Wyoming where she found her passion in hippotherapy.  She enjoyed working with both adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Montana was the next stop in expanding her knowledge while working in an acute and long term rehab facility. Family brought her back to Colorado where she worked in home health and has now found her forever job in pediatrics! She bought her first home last spring with her husband. She enjoys taking care of her cat and chickens and hiking in her free time.

Nicole Summerson graduated from Colorado State University in 2018 with her Master of Occupational Therapy. She completed her final fieldwork placement with IPTA and has since become a permanent member of the team. Nicole is originally from Henderson, Nevada where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Nicole loves working in the pediatric field and has many years of experience working with both children and adults with special needs and disabilities. She has taken continuing education courses on pediatric feeding and directed her research at CSU towards social skills groups. She also has a passion for hippotherapy which grew from previous experience exploring therapeutic riding. Nicole loves living in Colorado with her husband and rescue dog, Bella. She spends her free time hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors.

Lori graduated from Colorado State University in 2018 with her Master of Occupational Therapy. She completed her final pediatric fieldwork placement with IPTA at the Windsor location and then came on board to work in Spring of 2019. During her fieldwork placements, Lori realized she had a strong passion for working with children and therapy animals and has continued to value the hippotherapy program. Lori also has a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities learn the important life skill of potty training! She is well on track to becoming certified in pediatric pelvic floor therapy to further assist families and children in need of these services. Outside of work, Lori and her family just bought a house and are happy to be setting roots down in Fort Collins. In their spare time, you can find her rock climbing, playing her guitar and banjo, and hiking in the mountains.

Lindsay Riedman, COTA/L

Lindsay Riedman graduated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Casper College in 2017 and was blessed to become part of the Integrated family in January 2018. Shortly after obtaining her first job, her husband received a promotion at work and their family relocated to New Hampshire. Lindsay worked at a skilled nursing facility and gained experience working with the geriatric population until circumstances brought their family back to Colorado where they belonged! After welcoming her 2nd child, Lindsay was happy to join IPTA again in July 2019 and to have found her passion in pediatrics! She has completed her certification in NeurOptimal, a form of neurofeedback for brain training, and is excited to continue to broaden her knowledge about this incredible tool. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, listening to live music, playing games, and being outdoors. She loves working with children and helping them achieve their highest level of function and happiness, and enjoys every minute she gets to learn and grow from these amazing children!

Katie Kiblen, MS, OTR/L

Katie has been practicing OT for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2000. Katie has spent her entire career in pediatrics with experience in early intervention, home-based therapy, school-based therapy, and also the outpatient clinic setting. Katie enjoys working with children and adolescents of all abilities and ages. She loves making connections with the families she serves. Her main goal as an OT is to provide support to the child as well as the family. Katie enjoys treating all areas of need and has many years of experience working in areas of sensory regulation, feeding, visual processing therapy, neuro-development treatment, social-emotional regulation, and executive function skills. She enjoys being a part of the Integrated Feeding Team and has a passion for feeding therapy and assisting families with mealtime struggles.

When not working, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids aged 16, 14, 10, and 2. Moving to Colorado just a little over four years ago, she enjoys the outdoors and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

Sydnie Schell, COTA/L

Sydnie is a Colorado native, born and raised in Fort Collins. She grew up with horses and loved going on trail rides and weekend pack trips as a kid. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 2015 followed by her Occupational Therapy Assistant Associate degree from PIMA Medical Institute in 2017. Sydnie has always been passionate about working with children, even when she was really young. She followed this passion by working as a preschool teacher while completing her education. Briefly, after getting her COTA license, she worked as a Behavioral Therapist in an ABA setting before joining NoCo Pediatric OT in early 2020. She has a passion for applying her interests and experience to her work in hippotherapy and in working with children of all ages and abilities. Outside of work, Sydnie and her husband are expecting their first child in November 2020! She enjoys camping, going on bike rides with her husband, and is a sucker for a good Netflix binge.

Nicole Williams, MS, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP

 Nicole grew up in California and moved to Colorado in 2016 to obtain her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. After graduating in 2018, Nicole moved to Denver to work in the Early Intervention setting as well as an outpatient pediatric clinic. Nicole is happy to be back in Fort Collins and continuing to work in the pediatric setting. 

In addition to being an OT, Nicole is also an ADHD specialist. She had extensive knowledge of the biological underpinnings of the disorder, core symptoms of ADHD, as well as a holistic approach to managing it. Nicole is also working towards her certification of PTS Patent Coaching to assist parents of children with ADHD.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outside, hiking with her husband and dog, and being with family and friends. Nicole is a bright and cheerful spirit that we are glad to have as a part of our team.

Madelaine Winkler graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2018 and from Washburn University with an Occupational Therapy Assistant Associate degree in May of 2020. She moved from Kansas to Colorado in August of 2020. Madelaine's favorite part of working in pediatrics is that no day is ever the same and always an adventure. She is humbled to be a part of each child's journey during their development in order to achieve optimal functional potential. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.

Lindsey Messenger, MS, OTR/L

Lindsey Messenger graduated from Colorado State University with her MS in Occupational Therapy in December of 2020. She received her BS in Psychology and Pre-Occupational Therapy, as well as a minor in American Sign Language, during her time at Boise State University in Idaho, and moved to Fort Collins shortly thereafter in 2018. A Las Vegas native, Lindsey grew up with an older sister, Kelli, who has Rett's syndrome. This lifelong experience led Lindsey into the world of pediatric OT, wanting to work with kids and families of a population that is near and dear to her heart. Lindsey was fortunate enough to complete her level II fieldwork at IPTA in the fall of 2020 and was lucky enough to get to stay on the team afterward! She found a true passion for working with horses and farm animals during her fieldwork experience, something she hopes to bring with her through the rest of her career. She takes a family-centered approach when working with clients, meaning that the child's well-being, as well as the family's, is her main concern when treating. In her free time, Lindsey can be found snuggling with her cat, spending time with friends, and going on camping adventures in the great outdoors!

Kristina Ihrig, MOT, OTR/L

Kristina Ihrig was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado and has lived in Fort Collins for the last 10 years. She grew up skiing, camping, tubing the rivers, and exploring the mountains. She graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with her BS in Human Development and Family Studies and spent 5 years working in CSU’s lab school The Early Childhood Center. As an Early Childhood Educator, Kristina enjoyed learning alongside 2.5-6-year-old children and supporting their families. During her time there she learned about Occupational Therapy and pursued a career supporting families in this new capacity. Kristina graduated from CSU in 2020 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy after completing fieldwork placements at Swedish Medical Center and another at the START Institute for Sensory Processing supporting children with Sensory Processing Disorder. After graduation, Kristina worked as a pediatric home health occupational therapist until an opportunity to join the IPTA team arose. Kristina has always been passionate about working with children of all backgrounds and abilities. She views children as competent and capable and brings this perspective to her therapeutic interactions with her clients, promoting confidence and highlighting their strengths to support their development and joy in life. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys paddleboarding, hiking and snowshoeing, visiting family, spending time with friends, and cooking.

My name is Heather and I am so excited to join the IPTA team! I have spent the last decade teaching developmental gymnastics classes to children both on the West and East coast. After falling in love with the magic that is Occupational Therapy, I switched career paths and graduated as an OTA from Pima Medical Institute earlier this year! I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and celebrate all of their incredible victories. I have pursued continuing education in sensory processing and am constantly in pursuit of learning and developing in all areas of pediatric OT. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, board games, exploring the outdoors with my 4-year-old son, dancing, and anything involving crafts and baking!
